Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck

Forklifts (also called industrial lift trucks) are used to lift, stack and transfer loads in many workplaces across NSW. Fully loaded, a standard forklift and its load can have a combined weight of five or more tonnes, making the operation of a forklift truck a high risk activity.
A person who operates a forklift must hold a high risk work forklift licence. Training to get a high risk work licence must be completed as part of a course delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The RTO will assess your training, skills and knowledge under realistic workplace conditions. Once obtained, the high risk work forklift licence is valid for five years.

Join rural photographer Candice O'Neill of CJO Photography for a weekend of creative imagery! This 2-day workshop presents a Photography session on day one and a Photo Editing session on day two.
This workshop will prepare you to become the photographer you want to be by giving you the guidelines and basic skills you need to master your DSLR camera. From this point, with practice and patience you can hone your photography skills to develop a style that is uniquely yours.
You'll also learn the basics of image editing software Adobe Lightroom and take a look at Adobe Photoshop to edit the images you capture. Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

The course applies to a range of workers within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthma and anaphylactic emergencies. This includes early childhood workers and educators who work with school age children in outside school hours care and vacation programs.
This course covers the units:
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support;
- HLTAID011 Provide first aid; and
- HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting.
RAMHP - Mental Heath First Aid
This course teaches adults (aged 18 years and over) how to provide initial support to other adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants will learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide help in a crisis situation.
This course is conducted by Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP).
