Access Online Services

Course description Collapse

The Australian Government is using digital technologies to improve its delivery of services. myGov is a website that lets anyone with a myGov account access important government services from one place, and Service NSW makes it easier to access government services for people and businesses across NSW. As part of Australia's digital transformation, quick response (QR) codes are now being used by government and businesses for things like electronic prescriptions, and even a way to pay your bills! In this course, you'll learn the basic information technology skills required to start connecting with myGov and Service NSW, learn how to use QR (quick response) codes and participate in learning online.
