Using AI in Work and Everyday Life
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming part of everyday life — from writing and research to planning tasks, solving problems and supporting creativity. This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners who want to understand what AI is, how it works, and how to use it safely and confidently in real situations.
Across two practical morning sessions, you’ll explore how AI tools can help with everyday tasks, workplace productivity and personal projects. You’ll also learn how to write effective prompts (the key skill for using AI well), understand risks and ethical considerations, and begin building your own simple workflow for ongoing use.
No technical background is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own device so they can practise using AI tools during the workshop.
