Typing 101

Course description Collapse

Keyboarding is now a necessary skill for education and most careers. Learning to confidently touch type using a keyboard will support your study and open the door to career opportunities now and in the future. Enrol in the interactive, guided Typing 101 workshop to increase your:
  • digital skills;
  • work output;
  • engagement with work or learning;
  • confidence.

What skills and knowledge will I gain? Expand

  • Correct positioning on the keyboard;
  • Short cut keys;
  • How to type with speed and accuracy.

  • This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Eligibility rules apply.

Who is this course for? Expand

This course is for young people who have just left school, people at any life stage who are returning to work or enrolling in study, or existing workers who need to need to learn keyboarding skills to meet the changing demands of their job.
