SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
Interested in gaining the skills to work in hospitality industry? Get your Food Handling certification and learn how to prepare and serve espresso coffee.

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Learn the ins and outs of food safety (because we all love food that’s both satisfying and safe), get hands-on with fresh ingredients, and master the art of making mouth-watering espresso coffee.

This workshop is a pathway for students preparing for a Hospitality career.

The unit SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety applies to food handlers who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery‚ plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities. This includes cooks, chefs, caterers, kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, bar, and food and beverage attendants, and sometimes room attendants and front office staff.

The unit SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee applies to espresso machine operators in any hospitality organisation that serves espresso coffee beverages‚ including cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, function and event venues.
