High Risk Trainers and Assessors
Are you a qualified High Risk Trainer? We are currently recruiting for 2024 in the following areas:

Community College Northern Inland Inc. (CCNI) is a not-for-profit registered training organisation (RTO) specialising in a range of nationally accredited adult education programs. The College is currently seeking qualified and experienced High Risk Licensing Trainers and Assessors.
We provide High Risk Licensing training throughout the Northern Inland region, including our campuses in Barraba, Bingara, Gunnedah, Inverell, Moree, Narrabri and Warialda. We pride ourselves on the quality of training we deliver—our key focus is our students and affording them with a rewarding and enriching learning experience.
Due to an increase in demand, we're seeking High Risk Licensing Trainers and Assessors for training throughout the Northern Inland region to join our dedicated team.
Essential criteria
- Current qualification in training and assessment:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE40110 (and TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools.
- Current units of competency within the applicable training topics
- Accreditation with WorkSafe as an Assessor of High Risk Work Licences is desirable.
You will also need:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering industrial safety training
- Exceptional and adaptable facilitation skills to create an inclusive learning environment
- A valid driver's licence
- Access to your own comprehensively insured vehicle
- A current National Police Clearance Check
- A current Working with Children Check
- A willingness to travel.
