Literacy for Life and Work | Foundation Skills for Job Seekers

This short accredited program helps people build confidence in reading, writing, communication and learning skills for everyday life, work and further study. Participants learn practical skills in a supportive environment, with activities focused on situations they may encounter at work and in everyday life.

COURSE DETAILS

Description

This skill set delivers four accredited units of competency from the FSK10219 Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways. Students develop practical foundation skills to help them understand workplace information, communicate with others and build strategies for learning at work.

FSKRDG004 — Read and respond to simple workplace information
FSKWTG006 — Write simple workplace information
FSKLRG004 — Use basic strategies for work-related learning
FSKOCM003 — Participate in simple spoken interactions at work
