Career Pathway Program

Prepare for your next step with practical skills for finding work and getting career-ready. This supportive, non-accredited program helps participants explore their career direction and build practical skills for preparing and applying for work.

is funded under the NSW Government's Adult and Community Education (ACE) program.

COURSE DETAILS

The Career Pathway Program provides practical preparation for people who are looking for work, returning to the workforce or considering their next career step.

Participants will explore strategies for career planning and learn how to prepare a résumé, approach job interviews and present themselves appropriately in the workplace. The program also introduces basic digital skills using Google Docs and practical personal budgeting skills.

Delivered in a supportive learning environment, the program is designed to help participants build confidence and practical skills they can use as they take their next step towards employment.

  • People who are looking for work or preparing to enter the workforce
  • People who are returning to work after time away
  • People who want to explore their career direction and next steps
  • People who would like help preparing a résumé or getting ready for job interviews
