Career Pathway Program

This course may be suitable for:

• People who are looking for work or preparing to enter the workforce
• People who are returning to work after time away
• People who want to explore their career direction and next steps
• People who would like help preparing a résumé or getting ready for job interviews
• People who want to build confidence in personal presentation for the workplace
• People who would benefit from basic digital and personal budgeting skills.

No previous experience is required.

• Career planning: explore strategies to help identify career goals and plan your next steps
• Résumé preparation: learn how to create a résumé for job applications
• Interview techniques: develop practical skills to prepare for and participate in job interviews
• Workplace presentation: learn about personal presentation and appropriate workplace expectations
• Digital skills: develop basic digital skills with an introduction to Google Docs
• Personal budgeting:: learn practical skills for creating and managing a personal budget
