Business Skills
Business Skills is a part-qualification consisting of three highly relevant units of competency drawn from the Business Services Training package.
Units of Competency
Students will complete 3 elective units including:
BSBTWK301 Use inclusive work practices;
BSBXCM301 Engage in workplace communication;
BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace.
Students will also complete two non-accredited units:
CSO202008 Create your own resume;
CSO202025 Access online services.
Course Delivery
This training will be delivered in the following ways:
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students who have completed internal or external training may be able to have these skills acknowledged through recognition of prior learning. This request should take place at the time of enrolment to enable completion of an RPL Application form and issue of the RPL Self-Assessment pack. Please call 1800 952 264 for more information about the RPL process.
Prerequisites for Training
All students are required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number which will be validated by the College. Qualification and/or Statements of Attainment cannot be issued without the USI number.

- students will attend face-to-face training sessions;
- students may be required to work online, to broaden their depth of knowledge through self-directed research for projects and assessments.

- Students must have a good command of English and good comprehension;
- Students are required to provide a current email address for contact and communication;
- Some courses may have nominated units of competency as pre-requisites.

- Appropriate language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills as required to meet industry documentation requirements;
- Digital technology skills as required to meet industry requirements.
There are no formal pre-requisites or entry requirements for this qualification.
