Community College Northern Inland (CCNI) is a leading not-for-profit registered training organisation (RTO 90027) dedicated to creating opportunities for learners in regional and remote New South Wales. We've been empowering our communities for over 40 years and continue to grow innovative training pathways that lead to employment, further study and stronger local industries.
We're expanding our team of local trainers and assessors to deliver face-to-face, accredited training in one or more of the following areas:
- First Aid
- Hospitality (Food Handling, Food Safety Supervisor, RSA)
- High Risk & Safety (White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Forklift)
- Community Services, Aged Care & Disability Support
- Business & Information Technology
- Foundation Skills, Adult Literacy & Numeracy
- Trades/Technical Skills.

What you'll do
- Deliver engaging, compliant and industry-relevant training sessions.
- Assess learners and maintain accurate records to meet the Standards for RTOs 2025.
- Mentor and support diverse learners, including youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culturally diverse backgrounds, and those overcoming barriers to work.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training and assessment tools.
What you'll bring
- Essential Qualifications
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent meeting the Standards for RTOs 2025 — eg. TAE40116 or TAE40110, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training).
- Relevant industry qualifications/experience in one or more of the above subject areas.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
- Driver Licence and willingness to travel within the region.
- Passion for empowering learners and sharing knowledge.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
