Launch Into Work - Foundation Skills for Job Seekers Overview

Launch Into Work is a short accredited program designed to help people step confidently into employment. Over 8 weeks (2 days per week), participants build the essential foundation skills employers look for while getting practical, real-world job preparation and experience.

Nationally Recognised TrainingThis skill set delivers four accredited units of competency from the FSK10219 Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways. Students will take part in supported work placement to practise new skills and gain confidence in the workplace.

  • FSKLRG006 — Participate in work placement
  • FSKLRG007 — Use strategies to identify job opportunities
  • FSKOCM003 — Participate in simple spoken interactions at work
  • FSKWTG006 — Write simple workplace information

  • Workplace experience: supported work placement to practise new skills and gain confidence
